The bubble

A surprise visitor

Today I walked the boys it was lovely to get out. I only intended to do a quick short walk but it was such a lovely blue sky I just kept going. I think it must have been a nursery or mother and toddler group carrying out and Easter egg hunt in the park. They had obviously sainted hard boiled eggs and there were a few egg yolk incidents around n about.

Monkey posed for a picture. Pongo did not. Infact pongo was in quite a ridiculous mood and kept diving to try and take his halti off. It might be blue sky but its certainly still freezing so pleased I upheld my executive decision to put pongos coat on today.

We raced back as Louis n doodle text to say husband had a meeting locally and would drop them off en route. This was too good an opportunity to miss. My oldest best friend and her bambino. Petrol is so expensive it really has a huge impact on how often you can visit friends and family. It's quite upsetting really.

When we got back from pooch walk I found a beautiful invite to mom and dads 50th wedding anniversary this summer. What an amazing achievement. And they are so happy.

We had a fun four hours together. We bought me some ponchos from poundland ready for Glastonbury. A bargain four for two pounds so we will all have one each woohoo and just found out the Rolling Stones will be a headline act so quite chuffed with that.

Doodle did not have a pushchair today so we stuck her in my granny trolley. She totally loved it and spent the whole time giggling and waiving at everyone behind. Doodle also traded a chocolate mini egg for a cooked cold sausage. A good trade I do believe.

We mate mini pizzas out of crumpets and grated carrot on the side when we got home. All to soon Adam arrived to pick up the girls. Hope to see them soon.

We have decided to wait for Good Friday to light the at stove to give us more time to do it properly.

A lovely day.
