Hossing (Day 2353)

A cracking start to the day (extra) and the first frost on the ground as I took Sigyn out for her morning wander.
After restorative coffee, my beautiful wife beautiful wife and I headed for Stromness and got out on the horses - through the town and back along the shore, then a canter round the field to finish. Fabulous. George thoroughly enjoyed stopping at every opportunity to pluck rosehips from roadside bushes.
Home for lunch, then another wander with Sigyn at Lyde.
We rounded off the afternoon with another trip to check on the horses, and now we await the arrival of the clan for dinner.

Sad to note the disappearance of ForthPorts journal. I shall miss his photography and his sense of humour.
