Visible again

...the ridge, that is. In full summer, the trees block it out entirely. Fall seemed to have arrived today for real, with a cold front sending leaves spiraling and dropping us from over 80 (it was shorts weather this morning!) to 52 degrees. D. had a soggy time out canvassing this afternoon. 

It cleared up enough for a walk around town this evening; extras show a house with pumpkins on display and the Episcopal church against the blustery sky.
