Emergency fix

Yesterday my computer suffered a total meltdown, all the fault of Microsoft and their updates that keep crashing our system.
 
I’m ashamed to say that I am helpless when faced with a computer problem. I still yearn for the days when you could just call the Help Desk. In fact though I can, and MountGrace fixes all my computer problems. (After she says “Well, what did you DO?”)
 
This time though even she couldn’t solve it, after hours of trying including re-installing Windows. So she has rigged up a temporary fix for me. Here is the Surface Pro in front of the sulking, moribund computer, which will be going to hospital tomorrow.
 
How lucky am I.
