Crazy cats

In bed before midnight……slept well, allowed myself a lie in, was awake before 9 but didnt get up until 9.45 :-0

Just had some fruit for breakfast, didnt bother with a cup of tea, as I was going round to my neighbours for coffee at 11. Took a birthday card and little gift with me for E’s birthday on Monday. They are going to York for a couple of days.

Had a nice long chat, two coffees ;-), said id been feeling down, we put the world to rights, talked about hub, D’s twisted his knee, so is laid up, no golf,  think hes got cabin fever lol. Was 2pm when I got back home.

Todays blip is a cat climbing D&Es Diasora trunk, and the other is a cat trying to be stealth like, beside the pond in the  centre of our estate.

I decided to tackle some jobs in the back garden, its looking decidedly sorry for itself!  The lawn was still too wet to cut it, so instead I did quite a bit of cutting back……looks a bit tidier. Raked and then swept up all the fallen leaves and the. used the fishing net to scoop out all the detritus from he pond.  I clocked up over 6k steps just around the garden lol!  I sat outside with a brew and my camera once Id finished, hoping to catch a robin or wren……they were Round the whole time I w as out there and busy, but as soon as I got my camera, not a single sighting!! 

Came indoors made my dinner, a turkey, chorizo mushroom & sweetcorn pasta bake with Chinese flavoured crispy kale, was tasty! 

Settled down to watch Strictly, with my friends, on line, we comment and chat as the programme unfolds. watched Jools Holland and now MofD, United were very disappointing :-/ 

Tired now, so time for bed said Zepadee!
