Surviving the heat

Another scorching day, and hardly a breath of wind. There are lots of plants starting to droop but the roses are holding up well.

I spent most of the day working from home with a brief interlude to view another house to be the possible base for a new project, and home for four or five young people. This one was outstanding, with pretty much everything we need, complete with an amazing view and a cute back yard with jacuzzi.

Arnie is still not feeling his best but better than yesterday.

It felt strange not preparing for our online gathering but it was such a beautiful evening we sat out late and took full advantage of such a warm evening.
