A beautiful autumnal day

A drive up the Clyde valley, coffee in one of the many garden centres which jostle for space and then it was on to New Lanark and a walk, following the Clyde up as far as the Corra Linn waterfall. Very hard to get a good photo of the falls …. too many trees.

Most of the walk was through the woodland where the paths already have a fair covering of leaves. The extra photo is the turbulent Clyde as it approaches the World Heritage Site of New Lanark.
