Kelly Hall Tarn

The weather forecast was set fair so we intended to get up and out early to take advantage.  Well, that didn't happen.  Instead we found ourselves first at Brown Howe at the southern end of Coniston Water (see extra) and then Kelly Hall Tarn.  

My Dad facetimed while we were at Brown Howe and in juggling the camera, phone and balancing on a rock, I dropped the camera.  It didn't seem to be too bad until I came to change lenses at Kelly Hall Tarn.  the lens became totally stuck and I couldn't remove it.  After a picnic lunch deciding what to do, we drove over to Wilkinsons Cameras in Kendal and Nick there is going to send it off to Canon for repair.
