The Dancers

To be honest it was the bright orange bushes that prompted me to point my camera in that direction, but having done so I then noticed the two trees. The light was quite low this late on a dull day and the bushes were a long way out as can be seen by the focal length.

But the character of the trees became the subject, like two wild dancers flailing their arms about with branches striking out in all directions.

There was quite a lot of movement in the vegetation, not really evident until I zoomed in, forcing me to increase the iso for a faster shutter. The image is still a bit soft nevertheless. Looking now I think I should have allowed more space on the right for the branches.
