Sorrento

Another day were plans had to be changed, got the train, which thankfully were running to Castellammare and got the funicular. Fantastic views over the bay of Naples, you could see how big the area at Pompeii that had been excavated. Had hoped to walk some of the path of the gods from Bomarano, but the buses timetable had changed so wouldn't have reached Amalfi in time for boat. A very windy bendy high road down to Amalfi  well worth doing if your OK with hairpin bends which I still can't believe buses get round.
A late lunch in Amalfi after visiting the cathedral, then the boat to Sorrento. Sun was setting as we passed Capri all very beautiful.
