Had a FaceTime with Strider tonight. All’s well down in Canterbury, he had spent today as a student ambassador at the college open day. Academic life is better this year than last; much more face to face contact with other students and staff, seminars and field trips to enjoy and a proper buzz of campus life. 

We also went up to see The Yoga Mama in north London today; she looked lovely and we went out for lunch. A beautiful sunny afternoon with temperatures just shy of twenty degrees. "Above the seasonal norm" as the weatherman says. 

Maud rang to tell us about her honeymoon in Venice and Florence, which sounded fab.
