Everyday I Write The Book

Frozen

We have a fridge in the garage whose freezer stops working in winter; it’s not a fault, but a design principle. When the temperature drops the fridge thinks "it’s that cold I’m not needed" and the freezer cuts out (unless you buy one that is specifically designed for cold environments and doesn’t do this). So we have to empty it before we get those really cold nights or we will end up with manky, inedible, defrosted food.

This was my inventory of stuff (shot on my iphone) that we need to eat or relocate before the end of the month. A boring but worthwhile exercise. Guess what we’ll be eating for the next two weeks ...

Bit of window shopping in Guildford this afternoon. Nice supper and watched on old favourite movie tonight. Short video chat with Strider, he seems very happy, both with the course work and the people.

Good day.
