Cutting edge (Day 2346)

The day started off very wet, and while  my beautiful wife zoomed off to do hoss stuff, I got myself organised to do a bit of carving. It is something I have been meaning to make a start on for a while, and having found a suitable stone last weekend, it was good to finally make a start.
I stopped for lunch with HV, then we got out a wander with Sigyn at Lyde as the weather cleared up. It was windy but dry.
Back home and I spent the rest of the afternoon carving. The stone is lovely to carve. Not unbelievably hard or frustratingly flaky, and I have really enjoyed the work so far. There is a bit more to do, but I will get to it another day.
