By habit I started photographing this squirrel from afar, before it scampered off due to Laney. But today Laney is still at home on "bed rest" while her paw continues to heal. So I just kept getting closer and closer to the squirrel. The pose reminded me of some "beefcake" poses, but on closer inspection I can see that this is a fearless nursing mom.
