'Watch your step'

An icy 10k run this morning followed by breakfast at Mels with Ben before he leaves tomorrow. The run was treacherous with ice patches everywhere as the snow melts and re-freezes every night. These characters were on the lake jumping up and down? The ice is about 2 inches thick in places and am guessing will be melted by the end of the week! GUess we ll see....

The run was amazing through the forest where I ran alongside white tail deer. I got so many photos I couldn't choose so used this I took earlier in the run. Its fitting to the music im currently listening to, ' Rodrigo y Gabriela'.
