Had a walk and coffee/tea in our favourite place today. They have new tables, umbrellas, blankets and cushions. Looks good. We sat outside and I had to take my hoodie off, I was too warm!.

I don't remember much, feel in such a daze today. Have been on sofa all afternoon, feeling spaced out , numb. More hallucinations.
