Wednesday

It was all go in the park today nature wise. I was deadheading and saw a massive spider web. The spider attached had caught a slater and was wrapping it in web and pulling it up to the Bay tree. I saw a Tortoise Shell butterfly and this Comma. The bees were out in force too.
My Link Worker called when I was there asking how yesterday had gone .

I came home and hallucinations started, keep seeing things moving past me quickly. Not that long ago I saw a cat jump onto the chair.
Feeling spaced out and not fully aware.
