Backlit Greenery

My blips over the next few weeks are inevitably going to be a bit pedestrian as I am now recovering from a knee operation which will severely limit my photo opportunities.. My project to day was to try and capture backlit foliage in the garden towards the end of the afternoon. My main blip shows want happen]s when you severely limit your exposure to avoid al camera blinkies (parts of the image where the camera tells you that you are overexposed. You get a leaf that is highlighted but a almost totally black background. In my extra I accepted some overexposure but tried to eradicate it in post-processing. The leaves still stand out  but you can see more of the background. I'm not sure which I prefer.
