A Mother's Love

Torture. Water boarding. Bamboo under my fingernails. Shopping.

I detest shopping malls in particular. But today, because I love my son, I drove with him into the city to visit his favorite skater shop. And when we got there, they told him he didn't even need what he wanted. Skateboard wax. The local pro shop advised him to save his money and use a fat candle stub instead. Very kind of them.

So the torturous trip was "um sonst" ~sort of. On the other hand, I spent quality time alone with my youngest and showed him he was worth a trip to the monster mall.
