Ice Structure

Today I went for a trip along the lakeside of the IJsselmeer in Holland to see the effects of the freeze cold and the wind of the last couples of days.

It was great! Beautiful sunshine, cold winds (still) and really nice formations of ice.
This is just one example I liked. It was taken at one of the new islands of Amsterdam, IJburg.

It was hard to choose today for the blip. So I made an album in my Blipfolio, called Ice Structures. There you can find some more of my other favorites.
