Sally Mair - Loving life

Matryoshka Mark 2

Another wet day today but I had promised Joyce a trip to the charity shops of Stockbridge so off we went. I didn't buy anything except for some Christmas cards which I liked from the Save the Children shop.
I found the red Matryoshka in a shop one day last week, so it is today's blip. I bought the blue one a couple of weeks ago for Isobel and could see that Eilidh was disappointed so was glad to find a second. It is much taller than the blue one and only has 5 dolls, so it was an interesting task trying to convince E that hers was very nice although different - while at the same time making sure Isobel didn't feel under valued either. Jings, the juggling you do!
Back home we dried off before having fish and chips from the chipshop. This is becoming a habit but Joyce wanted chippy sauce before heading south again. (that's my excuse and I'm sticking to it!)
Joyce went to see Katy this evening as Colin and I had our regular Tuesday bridge.
Hopefully tomorrow's weather is going to be a little better than today's!
Keep safe folks
