Apple Sauce anyone?

A short (??) while ago Mrs W made some apple sauce to go with the pork.
 
When it grew a few whisps she declared that she would look ‘at that’ under her microscope (the current fad).
 
I don’t think a microscope is needed any more.
 
I must go and find a flame thrower now, then get some tea on the go . . .  (it’s NOT pork tonight!)
