Cocksburn Reservoir

We had a walk around the reservoir today and again it was very cold. However we were lucky to walk most of the way in bright sunshine and under blue skies. About 10 minutes after this shot was taken the clouds gathered and it snowed heavily...within a short time though the sun was back. Quite bizarre!
The path by the water has been made much less muddy and hazaerdous by the installation of some duck-boarding at some of the wettest parts..much appreciated as this is a lovely spot for a short walk.
The picture is of the overflow of the dam with the snow-capped Ochils between the wall and the bridge...depth of field could be better!
