I ran away from home

I was so relieved to see this fellow this morning because I thought there would be nothing silly today.

I ran away from home.

I am grateful that I drove alone so no one else had to listen to my "singing." (My friend loved when people would sing in the car with her because it meant they felt safe/secure enough to do so.)

The leaves in Shenandoah are starting to turn. They will probably be eye-popping next week.

The clouds were lovely.

Karen was happy when I came home but Samuel was really happy. He refused to go walk without me, refused to pee, convinced I would sneak in if he left.

I had to go all the way to Shenandoah to get a picture of a new flower, so you know the flower run will have to end soon. (See extra.)

This week many people with Teslas had a button on their software to push. If they pushed it, it allowed Tesla to monitor and evaluate their driving so the worthy can receive beta Full Self Driving software. There were probably a lot of Tesla drivers adhering rigidly to every driving law and going exactly the speed limit this week.

Tesla became Iceland's most popular car brand last year. They are installing chargers around the Ring Road. Maybe next year when I'm in Iceland I can rent a Tesla. Given the high cost of gas there it would probably even out. While it drives, I can sit back and gape at the scenery. When I get tired (jet lag) I can take a nap. Dreaming, I'll be far away from your roads.

Thank you for hosting Energia! Wait. Oh crap.

I failed to ask David if I can use my hearts for today in addition to giving hearts for Silly Saturday... tomorrow?

Thank you very much for the support. I will probably vacillate for a while with spontaneous, unexpected expressions of grief. So basically, I might be weird for a bit. Weirder.
