La Piste aux Etoiles

So after a lesuirely breakfast with Maryline & family, we went to visit a chateau where George Sand had lived/stayed for years/stayed for weeks. We met the guide by chance who informed us that actually George Sand stayed for an afternoon, four hours at most. It was a pretty castle though with picturesque towers.

In the afternoon I went to the circus for the first time in my life. I'm not sure that I morally agreed with the performing animals but I quite enjoyed some of the acrobatic acts, despite the continual fear that something might go wrong! I liked the tigers too. It was fun to spend the afternoon with Lyse and Pierre because it gave me the excuse to act like a child too!

Came home, made rice pudding and got an early night, I've got an essay to do tomorrow so I need all the sleep I can get!
