Birthday lunch

Daughters birthday today so we took her, and her partner out for lunch. Her choice was a new Japanese restaurant, I didn’t think I would enjoy it but I did. My favourite cocktail, expresso martini, was ordered and enjoyed.
Looking through some old snaps of her over the years made me smile.
Ironing this afternoon then out for a walk with Hetty.
Still no fuel available, if we can’t get the Jeep filled in the next couple of days we will need to cancel our trip to cottage next week and we have a sweep and boiler service booked.
