Rainy Autumn

We've really had pretty good weather this autumn, at least as far as rain is concerned, but today the weather decided to help fill those emptying hydro-electric dams in inland Sweden.  We decided to have an indoor day. I took this picture. Then the sun came out; briefly.
We dashed out for a quick walk in the autumn colours and had almost made it home again before the rain restarted. I stayed out and planted a chocolate cherry bush that Claire had given Jan as a birthday present, but once that job was done I scuttled inside to dry off.
Soon we are headed into town to have dinner with Rose. This is a common event for us on Friday, but this time we are going out to eat. All the Covid rules were removed a couple of days ago so restaurants are opening up more freely. I hope it lasts!
