Fistral Beach

Our friend Kay, has been staying with us and today we had to take her to Newquay Airport to get her flight home. So we had a plan.....................
The plan was...................... we would go to Newquay and I would have a lovely long walk on Fistral Beach and then the humans would have brunch at 'Sea Spray' before taking Kay to the airport.

Unfortunately Kay didn't surface until 10am which meant that the humans went straight to 'Sea Spray' and I only got a half hour walk on the beach. Naughty Kay!!! I still had a lovely time though. The sun was shining and the sky was blue and I did loads of running and everyone kept remarking on what a happy, smiley, little doggie I was.

This evening I had to stay 'home alone' while Ann went to her very first 'Kangoo Class'. (See extras). If you don't know what Kangoo is click here. It was brilliant. How Cornwall can keep up with the latest fitness trends before Edinburgh we don't know??!! We've said it before and we'll say it again..................... Life is so much more normal down here.

Anyway, Ann is too tired to RANT, so she won't!!!
