The Lost Spring

I do believe I may have mentioned that the snow would not be here by breakfast time.

Well it was and still is here - no more has fallen, it just won't go away. It feels bitterly cold in the easterly wind blowing off the sea and the prospects are that it will stay like this for the next ten days with the possibility of more snow by the weekend!
