A few hours spent at the zoo to get to grips with my camera.
I'm still not convinced the the AF is working as well as it should but it has been better today.

My image was taken through dirty glass, in very gloomy conditions inside the ape house with a little natural light.
I took several of this male as he delicately ate his breakfast, pausing frequently to gaze at us onlookers. I always wonder what they're thinking.
The resulting image was very 'noisy' and he's still chewing something so only his right eye is acceptably sharp at 1/15th sec !
