Splash!

Today F and I went to Telford to meet friends at the half way point as they live in Sutton Coldfield. We hadn't seen them since before Covid so there was lots to talk about.  We had a meal and I had apricot sponge and custard, just the pudding for a very wet and gloomy day!

It had rained for hours when we drove home and there were lots of flooded sections on the road.  My blip is of a van about to go through deep water in a dip. 

I took a couple of shots through the windscreen as it splashed through (I wasn't driving) but unfortunately they were blurred so I'm using this one of the van approaching the water.
