Monday: Inside and Warm

We have had non-stop snow since yesterday afternoon - it is now pretty deep again.  It was also pretty chaotic getting home with the road outside work being grid-locked.  Normally, they are very good at keeping things going here but the amount today took the city by surprise.

I will confess that I am also tired of the snow so didn't feel like honouring it with a photo.  Instead, I took a photo of the comfortable, warm and cosy hotel lobby where I went this morning to give a talk on Special Educational Needs.  The person who was supposed to be preparing some information for me didn't send it to me until 5 minutes before I was due to speak so there was a little bit of scrabbling around beforehand.

I am, at the moment, trying not to get too wound up by the tone of a colleague's e-mail I have just read - he has a persistent problem with tone and manner and sometimes it is hard not to get irritated - all very trying sometimes!
