Went to reading at the OU and it took some time to get the computer set up as the person that normally does it was late for work.  The read was analysing 'Great Expectations' so very interesting.

On my way home I saw that the local garage had at last got some petrol, so I queued for an hour to get a much needed top up as my petrol gauge had gone down quicker than expected.  Most people were very good but a few cheeky drivers tried to jump the queue by approaching from the wrong road and caused a lot of congestion.  No way was I, or surrounding drivers going to let them in.  Only two pumps in action so was all a bit slow.

Have at last got confirmation from DVLC that I am still fit to drive after having pacemaker fitted.  Good to get it in writing.

Woke to heavy rain so pleased I sorted the garden yesterday.  The sun came out later but not as warm as it has been.
