Evening sun

After a gloomy day, the sun finally came out, and I went for walk along the road. I am not getting enough exercise.
This fence was put on our boundary soon after we moved here. The children were small, and there is a steep drop the other side, so some sort of barrier was necessary. The land the other side belongs to neighbours, but that didn’t stop son J climbing through and exploring when he was older. The fence has aged well, and it looks good in the late afternoon sun.
