2021 Thursday — Sundown

The title on this post is “Sundown,” because as I was walking to the shore, I watched the sun drop below the upper cloud blank and was visible for just a moment and then dropped into the lower cloud bank. So it didn’t look like a sunset.

After dinner the last thing I want to do is walk; I mean I want to walk because I want to see the shore, but walking after eating is a double chore.

Mr. Fun didn’t want to walk either, so he didn’t. Tomorrow he can walk to capture the morning shore for me.

The shoreline was worth the effort. The air was still; the waves were beautiful; the tide was low, and I only stayed a few minutes so that I could get back to the house before it was dark.
