Arc de Triomphe Wrapped--4 views !!!

It's done--a wonderful display.  We were able to go up to it. (Traffic is still circulating around the big circle, but the pedestrian passage to it from the periphery is easy.  The wrapping started here, ten days ago, and we were there then too :)   What fun--we are so fortunate to be here.  Don't miss the extras.
