So needed

Last night I started with the shivers. I kept waking up through the night then didn't want to wake up this morning. I had a dreadful headache. Kate hasn't been well and my symptoms are similar but I think it was reaction to the flu jab. I was worried so did a lateral flow test, negative. I have slept on and off all day (12 hours) and not done much. I did go a walk for some fresh air and kept taking the paracetamol. I hope I feel better tomorrow.
