Failure is not an option!

Many thanks for all your congratulations yesterday on the first anniversary of my new blipjournal - you're such a lovely bunch! It was actually my 1347th blip but, with a gap of several years, who's counting?  :-D

In between trying to navigate the roller-coaster ride that is signing up with a teaching agency, my husband and I have been binge-watching 'For All Mankind'', an interesting alternative version of the Space Race which began with the Russians getting to the Moon first. 

I had a mug with my title on it that I got many years ago from the Kennedy Space Centre, just before I started my teacher training, and I used to love waving it at any students who dared use the words 'I can't'. 

The mug has long since gone but I keep having to tell myself that the sentiment still holds true.
