Ouch…

A strenuous session at Pilates this morning. Our teacher was asked if she’d ever thought of joining the army PE corps. Lots of stretching, pulsing and supposedly massaging has left me with a stiff neck and shoulder blades! What fun!

Two of our ladies at Women’s Fellowship stepped down from roles they’d held for some twenty years. Ian was our guest today and presented them with bouquets. My extras.

What a fantastic day it’s been! SO different from yesterday! And Valerie’s phone consultation went well too, but with the prospect of some radiotherapy and new medication after the CT scan at the end of next week.
