Finding Chaiyya

I started not one new work project today, but two. It looks like I will be under a lot of time pressure for the next two months. For the long workday today, I had three cats for company.

At one point, Chaiyya and Rani were fighting for one of the cat baskets in my office. Trying to make peace, I offered them a blanket on my old futon sofa as an alternative.

Rani got to keep the basket. Her sister sat down on the blanket. I worked. Five minutes later, I looked up and Chaiyya had disappeared.
