There isn't must left of this bracken ... no great loss and if it is keeping the slugs and snails away from my Hosta I am happy.

I have been doing a piece on the lathe which was a bit of a challenge to mount and is a bit of a challenge to hollow properly.
Rather than push my luck I have left it on the lathe part done and will return to it tomorrow (or Tuesday).

SWMBO was very good and let me watch the motor racing from the Goodwood Revival ... old cars bring driven like their is no tomorrow - great fun. The most fun thought had to be the kids' pedal car race - with the old Le Mans running start.
