Alfred Dunhill Links Championship returns again on 30 September-3 October 2021. There are Covid19 protocols and numbers are capped. Didn’t take place in 2020. The competition is played over the Old Course at St Andrews, the Championship Course at Carnoustie and 'modern classic', Kingsbarns. Each venue is in play each day. Final is the Old Course on the Sunday.

Temporary TV towers for international coverage are being constructed at various greens. No stands on Course etc as before. Various big names including Padraig Harrington Captain of winning EU Ryder Cup team are playing. Also we’ll know sports amateurs. The corporate hospitality centre at the 17th Green and a version of the Officials village looked to be well underway during our Sunday afternoon walk.
