Handy things.

Old binoculars - they belonged to my late mum and dad. An elderly relative always called binoculars “spyglasses” - he told me “it was what they called them in the War.” Used them today to watch a hawk(?), certainly a bird of prey, which lives nearby in the woods. Also checked out a wee plane that shattered the peace when reading outside. Sometimes watch deer here with them too. My wife cleaned our outdoor glass screen and did a bit of a “Spring Clean,” albeit it’s autumn.

Older son and wife were guests at a wedding near Inverness. They were married themselves just 2 months ago! Younger son was at his rugby club; injured 4 weeks ago - physio recently started. They won. He was part of their social media output.
