Orange squash

Another jar of dill pickles made after breakfast, a few plants watered in the back garden, then I tackled the many packets, tubs, & buckets of saved seed that I brought back from the allotment yesterday.
Down to CK, walked Indie, a coffee, then up to the surgery in Chudleigh for Mum's flu jab. Very swiftly jabbed, dropped the newspaper off to hubby then went to the Highwayman's Haunt for a coffee & be nosy. We sat outside in the sunshine, with blackening skies around us but we did'nt get any rain. Back home for lunch, watched a couple of the races on tv, then dropped Mum home & I headed to the allotment for the get together from 3-5pm.  Not long after we sat down chatting it started to rain, get together abandoned. A few of us huddled under a car boot for a chat then it was time to head home. Jackie lifted a swede for me, so now I'll have to make pasties, not sure when though. The swede will keep.
Strictly Come Dancing first episode tonight, first all male pairing, it will be interesting to see how they interpret the dances. Many of the celebrities I did'nt recognise, quite a diverse mix though so should be entertaining.
