No parking

Abi was working this evening and Dan popped down to Manchester to say au revoir to some friends and his sisters, while the Minx was off seeing The Specials in Blackpool*.

Happily, I had Dean for company, who came up to join me for a few beers at The Royal Barn and then dinner at The Orange Tree. I remembered that I hadn't taken a photo today just as we emerged from the pub. All credit to the iPhone's low light camera technology for saving the day!

*Just as my interest in electronic music was gaining pace, I had a brief flirtation with Ska and I bought The Specials' debut album when it came out in 1979. Lord, that's forty-two years ago.
