Lane End

Early morning walk with the spaniel on Lane End Common. It was looking decidedly autumnal. Down to single figures on the weekly butterfly transect survey now but still seeing a few Meadow Browns. I had one opportunity to photograph a bramble with Red Admiral, Comma and Green-veined White all in shot but something spooked them. I'm blaming the spaniel.
