View from Eyam Moor

Ms and I had a day out walking from the Derbyshire village of Eyam around Eyam Moor. If you don't know the story of Eyam and the plague then it is worth searching it on the internet and reflecting on the response of the villagers and the global pandemic.
The weather was much better than we expected and we enjoyed the sunshine, views and varied landscape. Our walk included steep descents and ascents, heather moorland, grassy fields, ancient woodland and a picturesque valley and brook.  What more can one ask for?
