Kandersteg

After about 4.5 hours sleep, I was up, showered and out of the hotel in Kandersteg by 8.15. It was a completely beautiful blue sky morning, with some wispy mist hanging over the Kander valley floor. I wanted to do an hour’s walk before breakfast, so couldn’t go to far, but still managed to take quite a lot of photos. After breakfast, we all walked to village Centre, enjoyed a drink in the sun then got a train to Bern. We then went altogether to The Adventure Rooms, which is an escape room type experience where you have to solve riddles and look for clues as a team to get you out. It was really good fun. After this we had a long leisurely long lunch, Italian, then made our way home, mainly snoozing on the train, everyone was exhausted after a weekend of fun.
