Feeling Threatened?

I enjoy photographing bees on my Autumn Joy flowers, the beautiful little individual flowers are so pretty and it is difficult to see them with the naked eye. I had two photos of this bee, moments apart, and the one right before this didn't show any stinger.....it seems strange that the bee just decided to extend her stinger while I was getting in closer for a photo. Last night I didn't sleep well. Ugh. Today I took the longest nap so now I am wondering if I will be able to sleep tonight.....I sure hope so..

My granddaughter returned over here tonight and the first thing she wanted to know was, "where is the crab".....she quickly cracked two crab and after eating some plain, she made a couple wonderful English Muffin, Crab & Cheese sandwiches. I joined her for a few bites of that fresh crab meet too.....yummy.  Little Miss Ellie took home several crab to her family today; she was so proud that she was a part of catching them.
