Estos valley crocus and cows

First big walk in my new location today - from the van doorstep up another bit of GR11. It’s a change of geology, reflected in a change of flora including lots of these other sort of autumn crocuses. Also I saw considerably more cows than people, all with bells making a very Alpine soundscape. The weather was all over the place, sun, rain, thunder, but I managed a dry cow-free late picnic at the lake - see extra - and a sunny pot of tea back at camp.
